The afternoon was full of deep discussion and lots of laughs.  By the end of the workshop, everyone was able to start uncovering some of the limiting stories they have been telling themselves and others, and start replacing them with new, Happily Ever After, “Super Power Stories”!  I’ve posted some pictures below!

What is so great about putting on these workshops is that Dawn and I not only get the chance to help others change their stories, but we also are able to uncover stories that we’ve been telling with help from those attending.  Rayah was very helpful in pointing out a few things I said during the workshop that completely reflected a story I tell.  It is amazing how many stories we tell all day long and we don’t realize it.  If we could just record ourselves for a day and then play it back to ourselves, I think it would be amazing how much we would learn from the words that come out of our mouths.  Because we can’t necessarily do that, I think it is so helpful having someone else work with you to try and uncover the stories you’ve been telling because they’re the ones hearing them.

There was one main story I tell that was unveiled to me at this workshop:

I always tell myself and others how “I am so bad with technology.  Computers hate me.  They break.  They mess up.  My “dvr” doesn’t record things.  It is just one thing after another.”  I constantly say this all the time.  And I never had really thought about it until this workshop that this is a huge story that I tell that is definitely manifesting itself in my life.  I became aware of this at the workshop because we started 20 minutes late due to “technical difficulties” I was having with my laptop and the projector for the Power Point.  I had gone into the workshop telling the story above, and the Universe certainly reflected my story back to me.  I had to actually call a friend to have them help me figure out what was going wrong. I definitely now realize that this is one story that I have to start working on replacing with a new story.  I will now start telling myself and others, “Wow! I can’t believe how great I am with computers and technology now.  I understand so many things.  I can fix most problems by myself.  It is easy.  I don’t have to worry.  Computers seem to love me!”  I’m going to claim my “Super Power Story” and start manifesting a different outcome!

This is truly how simple it is to change the stories in your life to support your ‘Happily Ever After’!  If you have stories that you’d like to change – maybe create more abundance, stop being late, stop getting sick, or maybe meet your life partner – we would love for you to join us at one of our upcoming workshops! I just wanted to informally invite everyone to come to our new workshop series: You are the Stories Your Soul Tells.

My mother and I are super excited about these workshops.

We actually got the idea for these workshops at the 2009 Colorado Seth Conference in September.  The theme for the conference was Stories and it was such a hit.  It was our most popular theme ever.  We realized that with the theme Stories, it really made it more personal for all of the attendees.  Many of our presenters incorporated their own personal stories into their presentations this year.  We also had several people tell short stories everyday and it was absolutely fascinating.  It is amazing how listening so someone else’s story can really make us each reflect on our own stories.

Life is made of stories.  Everything….and I mean Everything, is a story.  And the coolest thing about that is when you start to look at the world in that regard, you are able to take such a playful attitude towards life and towards the process of conscious creation.  We are all just actors and actresses taking part in the stories we tell.  Therefore, we can change or delete or move around any event or thing we so desire.  It is as easy as if I was writing a story right now and decided I wanted to put this sentence somewhere else so I would copy it, delete it, and paste it in an entirely different part of my story.

Since the conference in September I know that I have had an entirely different outlook on the way I live my life – all because of the theme Stories.  I have been immersed in the Seth Material and the Abraham for several years.  I have always believed I created my own reality.  But it is one thing to believe that I create my own reality and it is an entirely other thing to be able to truly apply that belief to my everyday life.  But now that I look at everything as a story, for the first time I can really see how easy it is to manipulate our thoughts and our imagination and our emotions to truly create anything I want.

And that is what our workshops are entirely about.  The theme stories blew us away and because of that we want to share this theme with as many people as we can.  We really hope that you will join us at one of our upcoming workshops!  We can all start telling the stories we truly want to tell!
